Kayla graduated from The Ohio State University, Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences. She didn’t think she would end up in this field. She had just graduated and was ready to apply to Graduate Schools when Joy and Joanna offered her this position. She likes traveling, Ohio State Football, snuggling up with a warm blanket and a good book, eating Chipotle. Her dad, Mark, who is the chef of our catering company, Gourmet Fresh. Her mom, Polly, who works as a Server/Captain in her free time. And her one sister, Megan, who got married at WatersEdge because she just loved it that much! She has two furry kitties, named Enzo (3 yrs) and Elphie (12 wks). Kayla worked with the company for almost 6 years, and has held a lot of positions along the way. She started as a dishwasher when she was 18 and was promoted to a server/captain with the catering company. Then was hired on as a Facility Manager to work weddings, and now an event coordinator for WatersEdge. She loves getting to know each client on a personal level as we communicate throughout the process, and strives to go above and beyond to make your day everything you hoped for! Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She is recently engaged and will be getting married in March 2019.
